GLOBE PRO

A soft rope, abrasion resistant, low stretch rope.

Its thick 24-plait polyester cover gives it very good grip and good abrasion resistance, for a long life.

Its SK38 dyneema core allows it to have a minimum of elongation. For the same diameter, the SK38 dyneema core rope has the same resistance as the polyester one, but with less elongation stretch and 10/15% lighter. Moreover, its core doesn't absorb water.

With this rope, it's easyer and less expensive to replace a polyester halyard by a dyneema one, without reducing its diameter.

Usable as well in halyard as in sheet or end of adjustment. Its design makes it easy to splice to gain strength on the terminations.

Utilisation :

Halyard, spin sheet, foresail sheet, reef line or mainsail sheet on any cruising boat seeking to limit stretch and increase performance.

• Core: 12-plait long-pitch braided Robtec (dyneema SK38) and coated for better protection
